有机废气对环境的污染和对人体健康的危害是十分严重的。它们侵犯神经和血液系统，有的还能致癌。
机械、电气、车辆、船舶、化工、轻工、建材等各行各业，几乎都存在有机废气污染，而大部分有机废气具有特异的恶臭，极易造成厂群矛盾，因此必须进行治理。
本设备采用催化燃烧法治理有机废气，在结构上属第三代产品，净化率95~99.5%，无二次污染。性能可靠，起动速度快，运行稳定安全，主机结构紧凑，占地面积小。计量、显示、记录仪表完整，自动化程度高，管理方便。
由于采用先进的节能技术，本设备能耗极低，平均≤4W·h/Nm3，比现有各型催化设备降低60~90%。故可取而代之，也可取代直接燃烧设备而不需用液体或气体燃料。
本设备工作温度范围为250~600℃，允许的废气浓度500~10000mg/Nm
3。适用于各种固定式烘箱，连续工作的烘道和化工设备等到尾气的净化。由于能耗很低，故亦适宜于各种大面积散逸经适当捕集的大流量低浓度有机废气的净化。

The environmental pollution
caused by organic waste gases and their harm to health
are extremely serious.They endanger nervous and blood
systems,and some of them are yet carcinogenic.
The
pollution caused by organic waste gases are almost existing
in all trades and industries,as mechanical,electrical,vehicle,ship,chemical,light
industries and construction material professions,while
the most part of organic waste gases has peculiar stenches,that
is liable to arouse conflicts between factories and
inhabitants.For this reason,it is necessary to perform
the control of pollution.
The
epuipments produced by our factory use the techniques
of catalytic combustion to control organic waste gases,with
construction of products of the third generation.The
equipment has a purification rate of 95~99.5%,but without
secondary pollution,and operates reliably with a fast
starting speedness,steady and safe running.The main
body of the equipment possesses a compact construction,and
covers a small floor space.The instrumentations of quantification,indication,indication,and
registration are complete.The degree of automation of
the equipment is high,and the management of it is easy.
Due to the advanced techniques
of energy economization are used ,the energy consumption
of the equipment is very low,and attains an average
greater than or equal to 4W·h/Nm 3,lower than that of
all kinds of existing catalytic equipment by 60~90%,is
able to substitute them consequently.The equipments
of direct combustion are also being substituted possibly,the
liquid or gaseous fuels would be unnecessary.
The
working temperature of this equipment ranged from 250
to 600℃，the permissible concentration of waste gases
is 500~10000mg/Nm3.The equipment is convenient to be
used to purify the tail gases in any kind of stationary
oven,drying pipe of continuous operation and chemical
installations.
